Starbucks

Very rude employee in a managerial position advised me that “Breve” is Italian for Cream; been a Starbucks customer for 15 years and not once have i heard such a thing! Cream in Italian is “Creme” After telling this employee that ive never heard that term jn 15 years as a loyal customer; she then proceeded to lecture me that it has always been “Breve” in a rude, belligerent manner, i only wanted to buy my Venti Ice Coffee and be on my way; was not expecting to be patronized over such insignificant nonsense!

My partner recent went to this establishment for a small break from Pokemon Go. He experienced a patronizing attitude. Now we know- this Starbucks needs to be trained on customer service interactions.

It took these people 15 minutes to make a tall iced latte with only 4 people waiting for orders. They also forgot to give me a straw, so I had to grab my own behind their counter. Not very friendly either. They need to up their game.

This location is better for longer visits, as the parking lot is not very easy to get in and out of.

Great store, friendly staff, amazing wifi! Parking is super easy. I spoke to the General Manager, and she is very kind! She even got off the phone to speak with me.
