Great spot. As it is small scale so the menu is smaller then a full Scale Starbucks.

I feel the service at this location has improved a lot. The staff is very friendly, and their spirits never seem low. Service is quick during normal hours, but they're a bit slow when the campus is more busy, which is to be expected. My only issue is I wish they were open longer in the day; similar to the Tim Hortons on campus. I feel they are losing potential profit by closing early. I would love to get an espresso before heading home, but I can't.

Long story short. I bought a latte from Starbucks at the Humber College North campus. I requested $5 (out of my $15 change) to be given back in coins and the other $10 in cash. The cashiers refused to do that based on orders given by their manager. Instead they wanted to send me to the nearest Tim Hortons. First of all, I do NOT attend this school therefore I do not know where the Tim Horton is, I just transfer my bus at Humber Terminal and I walked inside the school because I needed change to get on the other bus so that I can get to work. Oh did I mention I am almost 8 months pregnant! As a paying customer, I have the right to request my change in coins or cash, I should not have to walk all over the school campus to look for $5 in coins when Starbucks has enough coins sitting in their cash register. To the cashiers, next time please use your own discretion.
