McDonald's

This place has changed! It used to be the worst McDonald's you could ever go to back now it's the role model. Even though the location is so small there's for self-service kiosks there's two registers and actually it is often possible to see them working at the same time which is nearly impossible in any other McDonald's in the city so kudos for that. It makes the service quick and efficient the staff is super nice and they know what they're doing. I don't know if there was a management change or something but the improvement is unbelievable. And 5 honeys with my cup of tea came free, no Hussle. Big thumbs up

The workers are kind and give you great service. Buying food from the store doesn't take long and the food taste absolutely delicious. However, sometimes the wait time takes extremely long. One time, my order was forgotten by the workers in the drive-thru, and I had to wait for 30 minutes until a worker asked me why I was "parking" in front of the 3rd window. Overall, this place is good and I would recommend it.

Is there a possible way to give less than one star? This place is most likely the WORST McDonalds location in Toronto. If you enjoy waiting 45+ mins for meals, by all means, come to this location.

This evening, after an order at 1900 hours on the digital entry system, the printer failed to produce a receipt. I inquired at the kiosk and the clerk stated order 789 was my order number. After waiting 20 minutes for the order, only half the order was delivered and I remarked a missing salad to the clerk. Whatismore, after the salad was delivered to my tray and I began to walk away, the clerk tried to call my order back claiming that the salad was not the right portion. The manager exclaimed to the employee that she would have to pay for this mistake. I reiterated that Ontario has employment standards, they ought to be notified. When asked to provide two packages of mayonnaise and a fork, the employee remarked that because she screwed up the order, I would have to pay for items they usually provide complimentary. This has to be the most savage location of McDonalds Restaurants and it should be stripped from the franchise name and disbarred from operating as a safe, friendly, clean and enjoyable facility to eat. This location is truly savage!
