15 mins waiting on just 10 piece nuggets? Like seriously? People who came before me got the order first and I’m still standing waiting for it. There is no reply from the crew and the manager working. I order 10 piece combo with poutine and after waiting for 15 mins I get it without a fork. There is no sauce in the bag with the nuggets and bare minimum gravy in the poutine. I have to ask for every single thing again and again. The manager is so rude. I can’t rate them 0 so I rated a star.

I could see my tray sitting there with food on it and still not being passed so when I finally got it I asked if the fries were hot the lady said yes I said but I tried one it's not hot I asked for new fries I received them

I am very confused why the hole for garbage disposal is smaller than my fist. How do I dispose of garbage like this. The worker had some nails that were so beautiful bianca should get a raise.but there was no ketchup And there were people bringing in shopping carts. The staff were very attentive tho so that was great. The food was disappointing and nothing like the pictures . I hope all the staff have a good day bc they work so hard so clock it

I believe the representative who helped us may have been the supervisor. The representative’s name was Precious, if recalling correctly. Precious is extremely friendly, offering to help on anything we need, and also checking upon us.nnI’ve seen Precious engaging in many conversations with customers and in some cases, hugging customers. Personally, I’ve never experienced this kind of service anywhere including McDonalds. Precious must be rewarded and recognized for great service and friendliness!nnThank you for the amazing service!

I ordered gravy from them and they just give half of the quantity as shown in picture. I recommend owner to take care of this next time.
