McDonald's

I am very confused why the hole for garbage disposal is smaller than my fist. How do I dispose of garbage like this. The worker had some nails that were so beautiful bianca should get a raise.but there was no ketchup And there were people bringing in shopping carts. The staff were very attentive tho so that was great. The food was disappointing and nothing like the pictures . I hope all the staff have a good day bc they work so hard so clock it

Worst service ever!nStood in the drive thru for like 5 mins and nobody bothered to take an order. Went inside to order, the employees are chilling and talking and nobody was interested in taking the order. Some guy told me to wait but nobody came to take order. Checked the kiosk, Apparently, they didn’t even have what I wanted to order. So just left.

I am writing to formally report an incident that occurred at one of your drive-thru locations on August 29, 2025, at approximately 3:00 AM.nnDuring my visit, a staff member behaved in a very unprofessional and disrespectful manner. She raised her voice, shouted at me, and spoke with an aggressive tone and unnecessary attitude. Her conduct came across as harassment and bullying, which made me feel extremely uncomfortable as a customer.nnI expect a basic level of courtesy and professionalism when visiting McDonald’s, but this experience fell far below those standards. I kindly ask that this incident be reviewed and that appropriate action is taken to ensure no other customer has to face this type of treatment.nnThank you for your attention to this matter.

I frequent this McDonald’s once in a while to get my mom a coffee and this time around, had the pleasure of witnessing such amazing customer service from Precious, the Guest Experience Leader. Wow! She was extremely kind to everyone she encountered and was very friendly. What an asset for McDonald’s and hospitality in itself! :

Stupid drive through service. I used to go this location with the mobile order once I tell the order number in the speaker they asked to come to the second window but today one crazy lady yelling me to come and proceed in first window for what purpose I already paid via app. Also in the line why I have to tell them my order once again. don’t waste people time we want to move fast. That’s why we are ordering via mobile app.
