I love visiting the Butte Starbucks. I can always go in the store knowing I'm going to be greeted with warm smiles, hot coffee, and good feelings. This store has some of the best employees I've ever encountered. This morning for example the 3 ladies working are amazing. They con vers ate with me like I'm another employee. Some of my best days and hardest laughs come from visiting the store. My only complaint would be the store manager. He sets such a negative mood and it shows on his employees. He treats them as below him when in fact they are so much more than him. I see the customer service headed downward and its due to the fact that the employees are just fed up with his managing skills. You can feel the mood change in the entire store when Justin happens to walk in and work his shift. Well a portion of it anyways. He leaves unannounced again leaving the crew to make up where he is lacking. I hope for the sake of some excellent employees something is done about Justin ASAP. It would be very sad to see the store fail because of the manager. I want to thank all the ladies AMD the guys too for always doing an outstanding job. They deserve to be recognized for all there hard, dedicated work. I will be back to get the best coffee and great service as long as Justin is not there. Keep your heads up guys...you are amazing!!!!

It's a Starbucks. Overpriced coffee and tasty cakes. Girls were nice, Wi-Fi works.

Hit or miss on getting my drink right. When they do get it right it is good but when they get it wrong it is terribly wrong. I have hope that someday that I will get a drink right all the time so I keep going back

Used to be spot on when they first came to town. Now customer service is lacking and inventory issues are constant.
