Starbucks

This used to be my go to spot but not anymore. The service is terrible. The drinks are terrible. They run out of milk. They run out of concentrate to make drinks. Constantly. I think this is the only Starbucks I have gone to that runs out of everything. It’s too bad because up until this year I thought this was a well run business.

First time to Port Alberni, needed a coffee so I went here. I was greeted with a smile, the staff made my drink flawlessly. Venti triple shot soy peppermint mocha. I would recommend this Starbucks to anyone.

I ordered a sandwich and a frappuccino everything was ok.. Until I get to the window and pay and they only hand me my drink and say have a nice day. Umm wheres my sandwich? "We actually don't have any of the sandwich you wanted." "Did I pay for it?" "No" Alright but they could've told me and they didn't? If they did I would've cancelled and ate elsewhere it was my lunch break I have limited time. Not the kind of service I expect when I'm paying $5 for a drink and waiting a long time in the drive through

One pump of syrup why is that so hard? New staff isn't repeating back my order. That's twice now apparently I ever learn my lesson.
