Lousy customer service neither the order person, assistant manager or the manager knew how to ring a special order and didn't want to just do the order because they said they will lose money i mean honestly how much cost difference is there between a big man Patty and a quarter pounder patty? I guess enough to lose a customer

DISGUSTING KITCHEN PRACTICES!! Went in for two egg mcmuffin for my b/f this morning...they made two sausage n egg..realized their mistake before serving me...and WITHOUT gloves took the muffins apart..took off sausage and replaced with ham.....why are the kitchen staff preparing food without gloves if actually TOUCHING the foo????!????!?!?!?!?
