I walked in this afternoon and waited 10 minutes for cashier to take my coffee order but the people working there were super busy talking to each other and no one even acknowledged me for good 10 minutes. They were busy gossiping but no one wanted to take the order from the only customer standing in there.nI would never go back there.
I went through the drive thru around 10am this morning October 18th and the blonde girl working the window was incredibly friendly and cheerful. Thank you for putting a smile on my face this morning! I appreciated you acknowledging my dogs and giving them pup cups!
This is my favorite Starbucks location. Their core team has worked here for years and do their jobs well, so even on the busiest days they keep the orders flowing and hold back the chaos. The staff members who regularly serve me always greet me by name when I come in. Its great to know I'm appreciated as a customer and that makes the start of my day more pleasant.nnThere isn't much I can say about the food and drink, since every Starbucks location offers exactly the same items.nnThere is always free parking available at this Starbucks, and there is also a drive thru. Seating is a bit limited.
This Starbucks at Larry Uteck and Southgate Drive is a great spot in a convenient location!nnThe café is large and spacious, which is perfect for meeting up with friends or getting some work done.nnI love that it's the only Starbucks in the West Bedford area, making it a go-to stop for coffee lovers around here.nnIt can get busy during peak times, which sometimes leads to a slight wait, but the quality of the drinks and the relaxing ambiance make it worth it.nnWhether grabbing a coffee on the go or sitting down to enjoy your drink, this location is definitely one of the best in the area.
Easy find this Starbucks nice staffs, but I ordered light ice, failed. Too much ice in my cup. Anyway, service is quick. Thank you. Probably I would tell staffs no ice next time.
