Very Good & Efficient service by Mr Jacoob all other Staff was nice well manner & highly appreciated.
The facilities are very good, they are spacious, the staff is very attentive, and the service is excellent, but I think they should take better care of the cleanliness of the place since there is a lot of dust, the windows are very dirty, and... well, they should take care of the surroundings.
It should not take more than 10 minutes to fulfill an order. We waited 5 min in the drive thru line. There was no progress so we parked and went into the store to place an order. Order was taken almost right away but again had to wait 10 min to get two coffees. Not cool.nn1/2025 - Hit or miss with bone dry cappuccinos.
Wonderful experience because of Anita!! I came to this Starbucks earlier today because my drink was made with the wrong type of milk and I’m lactose intolerant. I admit when I came in I was very short with the supervisor but she was so lovely the entire time and as incredibly patient with me. She greeted me with a smile and even though I could tell she was stressed out since she was busy, she was attentive and kind the entire time. I’ll definitely be back here because of this experience!!
Ordered an iced coffee and got a cup full of ice with barely any coffee. When I asked, the staff insisted “that’s how it’s made” with a straight face and a bad attitude. Feels like cheating customers. Won’t be coming back.
