It should not take more than 10 minutes to fulfill an order. We waited 5 min in the drive thru line. There was no progress so we parked and went into the store to place an order. Order was taken almost right away but again had to wait 10 min to get two coffees. Not cool.
Had a really bad experience at this location today - tried the new drink and the wrong lid was put on so I couldn’t fit the straw in to drink. Understand that that can be a small mistake - but the amount of raspberry pearls in the drink was atrocious. The promo pictures are very misleading. Also had a bad experience with the drive-thru employee who gave me passive aggressive attitude when she was the one who forgot components of my order. :
Disappointing Service Experience at Drive-ThroughnnI've been a loyal customer at Starbucks for over 15 years, visiting nearly every day, but my recent experience left me incredibly disappointed. During my visit on July 4th 3pm at the drive-through, I placed an order for several items. Unfortunately, I realized that She had forgotten to include one of the items.nnI returned to the store and informed her of the mistake. Instead of apologizing or attempting to rectify the error, she appeared disinterested and made no effort to acknowledge the inconvenience caused. Her demeanor was indifferent and lacked the basic courtesy I've come to expect from Starbucks employees.nnAs someone who values exceptional customer service, this experience was particularly disheartening. When mistakes happen, a sincere apology and effort to make things right can make a world of difference. Unfortunately, her behaviour fell short of these expectations.nnI hope this feedback reaches the management team so that necessary steps can be taken to ensure all customers receive the high standard of service Starbucks is known for. I appreciate the opportunity to share my concerns and look forward to seeing improvements in the future.
Decent size Starbucks with a good amount of indoor and outdoor seating. The day we came their blender was broken so we could not get any of the blended drinks which was disappointing. Service is a little slow. The place is very clean.
They’re so busy it’s hard to even ask whether your mobile order is ready… and they ignore you if you’re waiting. Waited 20 minutes inside to skip the long drive through line and in the end they told me it was my fault for putting the drive through option. Come on :/
