I'm a regular customer, ordering mostly via the app for pick-up. The store is everything you'd expect from Starbucks and above average compared to other locations in BC. Friendly staff, pretty fast service given how busy this location always is and good parking options. All in all a great addition to Williams Lake.
Been coming here for few months during my work week up there. People who work there are always friendly. Went in on Valentine's Day, this girl had heart on the cups for customers. Super sweet n cute!
When they are open ans fully functioning they are great. Unfortunately, it's a guessing game on what days they will be open, when the drive thru will be open, when they close and if they have staff. You would think at $8 a coffee they would be more consistent.

My friends birthday. She has had the app for 6 months. They scanned and nothing came up. She showed on the app that its her birthday. They said sorry cant help you. We went to tims.
Ordered chai latte through app for store pickup. App says it has cinnamon and the store staff missed it while preparing. On requesting for it i was told that cinnamon is not included and there might be an error in app details. What an amazing staff without knowledge and slow in work as it was not ready and had to wait for pickup. Store was not busy when i went. But the response is amazing .... will u improve?
I and my 2 friends had to wait 30 minutes for our order. Everybody got theirs who came after us. We felt like we were being ignored or avoided. We had to remind the lady of our order and then they started making it. At that point, who wants it.
Was fast but maybe too fast because they didn't put cheese on like the quarter of my grilled cheese but my drink was completely fine
