Rude worker rushing us to order. Not friendly. Didn’t let me finish talking, kept interrupting and prompting to move on to the next item when I hadn’t finished customizing. Not busy when ordering, there was only one car behind us in line at the time. Drinks lacked the usual flavour that they have at other locations. Person at the window was a bit aggressive about the location not doing the rewards program.
Absolutely terrible service! I placed a simple order for one drink and the drive through attendant was condescending and rude. It was very apparent that he hates his job. I will never go back.
Not happy. Especially with the price you pay. Gave my order and said no foam, twice. And it seemed that I came out with extra foam. Next time I will be bringing it back and getting them to make it again. Agreed, do not leave the store without checking your order.
Terrible, slow service, staff were dismissive of concerns that were raised. Waited in the drivethru only to be told at the window that they only accepted cash and hadn't started the order after a long wait. Won't be back, if you value your time, avoid this stop.

Nice Big Starbucks in Hinton, and the Last Place before Jasper to get a Nice Corporate Cup of Coffee. I Stand by My Starbucks Like. Baristas were Really Kind and Friendly. Nice Views of the Foothills of the Rocky Mountains from the Patio. :
Terrible service, cash only at the drive through for 2 months which they don't tell you until it is time to pay. Don't stop here if you are on any kind of timeline. Food was ok, but service ruined it all.
They were so kind. I went this store drive through but I was told I couldn’t use card at the moment. They apologized and asked me get inside to pay very politely. The staffs were kind and friendly.
The GM was incredibly rude and disrespectful to the employees working there who were trying there best. Made the whole experience uncomfortable. Everyone else was great.
