Starbucks

The place was very clean and quiet...a bit too quiet that I was waiting at the counter for quite some time as there was nobody at the barista station... I ordered a caramel macchiato, a friend got a chai tea and both were too sweet!Food: 2/5

It’s FREEZING inside!! I asked the barrister if they turned on the air-conditioner and she said no and also confirmed that the heating isn’t even on. It’s currently 0 degree C outside and I came here to work but left due to the cold temperature. This is ridiculous that they don’t even turn on the heating! If you like sitting in the freezing cold then head over there otherwise Blaksheep coffee shop which is next door is much warmer and more comfortable.

Went in today with issues on the app, I’m in there quite often! I asked if there was anything they could do as my order hadn’t come through but it had taken the money. The guy behind the counter told me, he recognises me enough and made my drink for me!! Made my day! always great service in this store!!

Great coffee!! great cake and the service is excellent. Clean and tidy, we waited for a table as a family were leaving and Tom the Manager, came out and cleared it immediately for us, wiped it down and dashed back to continue serving after washing his hands. The staff here are lovely, we are regulars and I cannot quite believe some of the negative comments, though given this is a very busy Starbucks I happy to have a little bit of patience for busy, friendly and courteous staff at busy periods. The Starbucks marks on door to close at 16h but at 15:40 a guy at the door already started rudely tell you to get away. Very very rude! The coffee on the opposite in the donut shop is also quite good. And of Course, serviced in a way very kind and polite.

Shoutout to Josh, aka the best coffee maker ever and the best wingman. I go to probably too many Starbucks’ but this one is by far my favourite Dietary restrictions: Milk options

Very bad servers. They were in hurry not caring to ask people if the orders being delivered were correct? Dirty tables and un courteous staff.

I went there yesterday. Even though we have soaring temperatures the staff were cool, calm and collected. My order was deliciously made and served. I really do think they need a pay rise to cope with the traffic of customers and the soaring heat.

hit and miss with customer service here. half of the times staff will be having a chat in the kitchen and completely ignoring customers. or just plain rudely ignoring you. shame for the few who are professional, but then again, the staff turnover seems high...

Slow service, hardly any food on offer. Layout is bad. Dirty tables and floor. Good friendly staffFood: 2/5
