Starbucks

This Starbucks was below expectations, to begin with was dirty and couldn't do any cold drinks. The service was slow and lacked any explanation as to why the place was this way. The drive-in was closed. Overall it was not the greatest experience and certainly not what you would expect of a Starbucks

Horrible experience. 6 pm. When we came in we ask the time of closing, they told 8 o clock on the toll. The lady who was cleaning when she us coming she starts russing and putting up all the tables and chairs..her objetive was we didn't sit down.. I did ask nicely if we can use one of the tables to have our coffees, she was rude , she rolled her eyes at me and told me I can only sit down for 10 or 15 minutes as they close early?? Excuse me, I already ask on the till they told me they close in 2 hours..so rude and unprofessional. I will never come back here. Much better Costa or Nero always

Fantastic place. Great staff, very friendly and accommodating. Service with a smile. Lots of yummy treats on offer and plenty of lovely seating if you want to sit inside and have them. Drive through is excellent and the whole place is very clean and tidy. Perfect for a short stop or a long stay.Recommended dishesFrappuccino

We went fairly early around 930am, it was dirty, crumbs all over tables and the floor. Asked for a tea, was basically warm milk. Asked if they'd make it again, this time I'd add my own milk, the young man behind the counter was totally fine with that but the young lady working with him was glaring at me. Nice for coffee, pants for tea.

Stopped for breakfast and all the food purchased was very good. Very surprised and pleased that they warmed up the breakfast food and was eaten with enthusiasm. Extremely quiet as early on new year's day and a Sunday.Food: 5/5

Rubbish. Disgusting toilets, employees just standing around, queue was out the door and no sense of urgency. Waited near 20 mins for our order to be overlooked and forgotten. When asked nicely if they made our drink, they had never made a cup, so they started to fix the problem but when we went to receive the cup, they said it wasn’t ours. They treated us horribly and said we were the rude ones. Definitely never coming back to this location.

Usually a quick and pleasant experience here. Most of the time they get the order correct. I’ve knocked off a star because it’s a services it’s more expensive. £6 for a sandwich and £5 for a small coffee isn’t great.

Waited over 25 minutes for 2 coffees. The venti we ordered came 3/4 full. We wouldn’t mind if it was communicated to us when we ordered that they only had 1 coffee machine working, not at the end of a 25+ minute wait - we wouldn’t have bothered with the coffee. Appalling service on this front - learn to communicate with your customers

Went in here mid morning. Hardly a cleared or clean table to be found. Cake debris on the tables and floor. Staff seemed more interested in sitting chatting to their friend than clearing the tables. I'm inclined to travel a bit further towards Peterborough for a stop in future, there's not much to recommend Brampton services.Service: 4/5

Dirty and bin overflowing. Customer service non existent. Priority with drive thru over walk ins. Took 15 minutes to get a drink and no one was responding to why it was taking so long. Where’s the Manager in this place and does anyone even really care!
