First time here. The staff were very nice and friendly. I really appreciate how they are pretty clear in explaining their drinks and offer substitutions additional cost. Very well priced I paid $6 for a large not including add ons. Sat inside, the place was clean. I even had another customer who was sitting inside ask me which drink I got since it looked good to them and they wanted to try it next time. Highly recommend to come and try it out. Vegetarian options: If you don't want dairy, they offer substitutes

Such a cute spot! I always bring my friends or family here when they visit. Staff are kind, place is CLEAN, they have a variety of options, and have never been disappointed! Side note: I went to Chaitime today at 410@7 and it doesn't even compare to B&T!!! Which is why in my review I told everyone to visit B&T instead. This is 100% my go to spot and I appreciate them and so happy its close to home

The place is so cute and clean. The only reason for 3 stars is because the matcha milk tea was really grainy and not mixed well. I drank it only 10 mins after purchasing and shook well before I popped the straw in. Not sure if they put too much powder or didn’t mix well. Other than that, I’ll still go back to try another flavor to see.

Great ambience for an in town coffee shop. Nothing fancy but still very much inviting ambience. Staff is very friendly and helpful even during peak rush hours. Nice menu with options of both hot and cold beverages. Customizable to make every taste bud happy. This is a great place to have a sip if u want something different than the normal big chain stores. Cleanliness is a bit of an issue, which can easily be addressed i am sure. net net, a great experience

It maybe unfair to give them the low rating only for their coffee but everyone else seemed to enjoy their ‘bubble tea’. So if you’re coming here to have some coffee, this is for you- coffee was pretty bad. I ordered a flat white and my friend got a Tiramisu latte, once I had my first sip it was instant regret, it was too milky- I tried to add extra shot of espresso, added sugar, but nothing seemed to work. Both coffees tasted so bad that I had to throw the whole cup. I really wish they had a better barista for their coffee line.

I went to order some Valentine's Day drinks with a friend. For one, the cashiers and tried to order Strawberry and Creme, but they didn't hear multiple times. They assumed it was Strawberry Tea, but I said it was about the Vday specials. They then showed me the options which I was already aware of and it took to pointing to the titles for her to understand. I thought I was the only one not being heard, but my friend was ordering Deluxe Strawberry Cheesecake and she wasn't heard as well! We had to point and yell to get the order across. I don't know what was the issue, maybe the music was too loud. It may be beneficial for them to have a mic to amplify people's voices. Then, my Strawberry Creme had about 4 clumps of tapioca pearls stuck together. Since I couldn't get them to unstick from the straw, I had to pull them out through the opening which lead to a good amount of the drink overflowing and spilling on the top and table. My friend had only 1 clump so she had no spillage. Very disappointing.

Just bought a taro coconut bubble tea with tapioca and slush. First one after 3 years from B+P. This taste like slush water with hard frozen tapioca. Absolutely horrible! Quality of bubble tea has def gone down from what I remember

I love this place. They have amazing hokkaido and taro milk teas, and make unique and delicious tiramisu lattes. They also have coffee milk tea, which is an awesome hybrid drink. Definitely recommend it!

I found this bubble tea location to be lacking flavor for the price you pay. It's not bad but it's not the best either. The tapioca is super hard in the drinks for some odd reason. The store is clean and staff are welcoming.
