Pretty small place. Not the cleanest place. Personnel was friendly, but didn't understand their own ingredients I had to read the list myself to find options that catered to my diet. The drinks were as expected, of Starbuck's quality.

I ordered a decaf coffee, but the worker got me a coffee with caffeine neither did tell me they don’t provide any coffee without caffeine.
My partner and I either order from here or come here in person once a week. When we order online it's about a 50/50 chance that they'll get our order right - we frequently have missing items, wrong items, or as happened once poor quality items the cream on a frappé tasted and looked distinctly gone off. Deliveroo always refunds us should a problem arise, but it's frustrating that it happens so often. The place is usually better in person, with a roomy upstairs area and usually friendly baristas. However today the barista must have misheard my partner's 'frappuccino' as a 'cappuccino'. I went and reordered the drink, only I received a 'frappuccino canelle' instead of a 'frappuccino café'. Bit baffling and frustrating to be honest, but wasn't about to try for a third time. Overall, I'd say it's a nice place to get a drink in person, but maybe to be avoided if ordering via apps because of the high chance the order will be wrong.
Really polite staff and great service and food
It's a Starbucks. As an American it is always nice to find familiarity. Clean, quick, and free wi-fi offered. Service spoke English, and menu was familiar as always.
Good coffee but I don't enjoy sitting in as it feels cold and always somehow not clean. I went there out of desperation as 8 wanted a coffee at 11:30 am not everywhere u can get a coffee and a pastry

It's like any Starbucks but the Wi-Fi is one of the worst I've tried, upload 0.30, you cannot do anything with such tiny bandwidth. It's time that Starbucks accept the reality, we don't go to you because of the coffee which is not bad but we can get great coffee elsewhere, we go for the internet. Provide better internet!
