They act like tips are required here or essentially shame/bully you into one by pointing out there is a tip option to buy a single cup of coffee. I am make as much as they do and no longer go to Starbucks cause it is expensive enough already let alone adding a tip to a $3 coffee. I have a customer facing job, no tips. What’s next, tip the parking garage attendant, tip the checkout clerk at the grocery store, tip the person who authorized your fuel transaction, tip your public transportation driver? This is out of control and a shame to both the employees working there given their attitude ahat a tip is expected and the company itself for paying them low enough wages where they have to shame themselves and stoop that low. I know this is kind of par for the course now, but I now avoid places where someone wants me to tip them for doing their job. Waiters get tips because in most states they make either the minimum wage or below that, also a shame. These folks get decent wages and benefits compared to other customer facing jobs where tips are not bullied out of customers.

Best Starbucks in the area. Fast, efficient and on time. Comfortable dining room. They always get my order right. Exceptional service every single time and they go above and beyond.

I ordered a vanilla latte and it tasted horrible, as if the milk was spoiled

I come here relatively often- only because of the location... Unfortunately, I rarely receive what I actually ordered and they are often under stocked. Asked for a little Carmel drizzle, none to be found. Please start paying better attention. Paying over $5 for a cold brew and not even getting my drizz ~ not chill.

Baristas are kind, service is excellent, coffee and pastries very good. I wish there was an easy way to get dollar bills so I could tip the staff every day. I stop by 5 days a week. Nice patrons can dine-in.

Katie gave amazing customer service. I found myself wanting to come again because of her friendly greetings and wonderful conversational Skills. She made the 10 min wait in the drive through worth the wait.
