5 employees standing around but they would not take our order because of the weather. It is 6:30 but they are not opening until 7 because of the weather but you have employees you turned away 4 cars before we were turned away... Because of the weather I could see if employees didn't show up but they were there. This is crazy to me.
The new tipping system is horrible I DO NOT like that when u go in the store or drive through they immediately ask for a tip upon paying. And it’s always so awkward tipping cause they stare mad hard and you can tell they get offended when you don’t tip. I do not have to tip. Starbucks workers get paid well above minimum wage and they receive benefits Starbucks is a multi million dollar company it isn’t fair that you’re forcing paying customers to feel like they have to leave a tip on top of paying an outrageous amount of money for a cup of coffee the company should pay the workers a lot more and get rid of the tipping system as a whole it’s a slap in the face for the people who are in the service industry making a few cents an HOUR AND RELY ON TIPS for survival I’m not being seated and getting a full dine in experience. And the workers really need a reality check cause they gave me a huge attitude for not tipping saying thanks with a huge attitude and very sarcastically I used to work for Starbucks in a major city with 100 customers every 30 mins and never ever complained about not being tipped very unprofessional
as a partner, this starbucks handles their lines very well and are very welcoming, wait time for my mobile order was set to be 15 minutes and it was ready within 3. they’re doing great <3
I just wish I would receive the customizations that I paid extra for. Call me crazy but I don't like spending money on nothing. It's sad to see because usually this location is absolutely stellar. Not sure what happened.Food: 4/5
I tried their impossible breakfast sandwich and enjoyed it. The chai latte was good too, but the price is too much. Now I remember why I don't go to Starbucks. Vegetarian options: Impossible breakfast sandwich was great.
I can’t believe that I only got crushed ice with whipped cream. Never go during lunch time. I ordered a moca cookie frap and tipped well. So rude.
We stopped here on a Saturday afternoon. Much like any Starbucks - friendly baristas especially the one answering the drive-thru and expected quality of coffee. My only complaint is that we waited for ~15 minutes in line.
They had no brewed coffee and we're super rude and super short in the drive through on a Saturday night! No need simply could have nicely said sorry no brewed coffee tonight!
I entered to the coffee shop in November the wether is cold and the store manger opend the air conditioner too high and inside very cold after we received orders it was mistaken order and we requested to lower or close the air conditioner because very cold inside they refused to correct my order and close or lower the air conditioner . The manger told as no control to air conditioner in the store they have system from other states control it’s unbelievable answer . The manger and staff not friendly and they don’t like costumes sitting indoors to drinking office they are very rude
Very good. This place has an awful parking lot. No one can ever park correctly which make it difficult for people to get in and out. This place is also super busy but they do make an amazing coffee so it's worth the waitDine in: YesTakeout: YesCurbside pickup: Yes
