I have never had a problem here, and the food is good. BUT - the girl with the pink hair has NO CLUE what she is doing. Not only did she put whipped cream on my drink, but she took the drink back mixed the whipped cream into the drink... and handed me back a drink that was dripping whipped cream into my car... When I came in to talk to the manager.. the drink was still dripping whipped cream on the counter, and she ran into the back room to hide...It so sad, because I really like this location, but I will not be back on principle. Like who doesn't see a drink is dripping and clean it off first - common sense... you can literally see where the whip cream was mixed in.
What can I say about this Starbucks that you can't say about anything other location on the planet... consistently just above average coffee, consistently just below average bakery, consistently polite and attentive staff. It's very predictable. Starbucks will never surprise you. That's both good and bad.
Went through the drive thru for a latte and some egg bites. Fast and friendly service. The latte and food were both great!Food: 5/5

I asked for a coming out drink and was given a lot of recommendations and even said they would customize the cup for me. I am so so happy.
All of the coworkers were singing, smiling and having fun while they worked. It was nice to see. I came in and talked with an old friends mom and stayed for an hour and a half. Great atmosphere and good drinks, obviously

Love the drinks, but am honestly sick of the prices. Over $7 for a drink.. I just feel like Starbucks is taking advantage. I love their drink but am now choosing to go other places because I shouldn’t need to pull out a $10 to pay for my coffee.
I used to come here almost everyday but I recently moved away. Id like to say I have never had a bad experience, the staff is other worldly, strong, and extremely patient. They always do everything that they possibly can to take good care of all their customers, even when they have millions of drinks and other tasks to accomplish at the same time. I honestly have no idea how they manage. I'd like to give a special thanks to staff members : Lojo, Leah, Kelly, Vaugn, Jada, Alli, and Kaley. Drinks are always fantastic and I was never disappointed. Most Definitely make this your regular starbucks.
Considering the Pewaukee location was CLOSED at 4pm on a Saturday I would have to say my experience was great! The person at the drive thru was amazing and even shared that the Pewaukee location has some major issues. Service was quick and my order was correct HOWEVER my coffee was not hot or even warm, I was not happy with that. It appears that they may have newer management since I was there last maybe 5 years ago since the service was friendly and fast. Not like years ago when the employees couldn't stand the general manager and it showed.
