Always disliked this place but today was enough to review. 6 people are in line waiting to check out. There's 3 people working that I can see, not one of them opens the other register to speed things up. Food sucks also. Car washes aren't to bad though. These stations like this are not in any way going to compete with kwik trip
It's hard to set the bar low, but this place did tonight. New product randomly strewn about the floor waiting to be stocked, beverage fountains uncleaned. This reminds me why we generally only stop at Kwik Trips.
The 2nd shift employee rang me up for the wrong gas then made me swipe my card again for the correct gas and I’m assuming pocketed my First purchase money. Definitely lost my business.
Had a gas station attendant get rude with me and tried to blame me for her mistake. Being in customer service for 20 years, her behavior was obnoxious and uncalled for.
