I had a lovely Caramel Frappuccino today one of the best I had in Cardiff so far . Lovely girl served us today afternoon .

I come here regularly and i’m always served by the same lady, Morgan. she makes an amazing cold brew latte, absolutely amazing! she’s very polite and always has a smile on her face! Wheelchair accessibility: there is a step into the store however there’s also an accessibility button which when pressed alerts the staff and they bring out a ramp to help you in

Been waiting for Starbucks to come back to Albany Road so I could get my Caramel Frappuccino once again and I wasn't disappointed. Nice clean coffee house, the staff where great and made an excellent Frappuccino. I'll be treating myself here regularly.

Absolutely disgusting both of my croissants were not delivered I am appauled

Very small but coffees are nice. Not a bother unless you were planning to sit in.

Music is fantastic. Loving the decaf, condiments are on point.
