Starbucks

This is my favorite Starbucks in Prague, everyone is so kind there, the service and atmosphere is amazing. I always feel at home there not to mention everything tastes amazing!Food: 5/5

Nice service and drinks were made quickly. Had a good selection of cakes and pies available. Coffee was a bit bitter. Vegetarian options: Vegetarian meals available Wheelchair accessibility: Off the street ground floor entrance.

I had carrot cake and coco pink Refresha. Both were not good in taste. Cake was not fresh at all. Drink has only ice cubes in it. Will not recommend this place.

I’ve been to this starbucks for long period because my university is near here. I’ve met many friendly staffs here. However, yesterday morning they wrote on my cup ‘chang’ instead of my name, which is a “racist slur”!! I feel really disappointed and terrible.

A poor branch is the first time It happened to me in Starbucks branch around the world . Employee let me pay twice for one order as what he said the transaction is declined but it wasn’t declined even when I showed him from my bank account the transaction is done he let me pay again. Disappointed

Moved to Prague a few months ago and this Starbucks is my regular morning coffee stop. Staff knew my name and regular drink quickly. They’re friendly and efficient. Thanks for a great start to my work day!

I must say the croissant is so delicious, and the Chai Latte I chose is surprisingly good! The staffs are nice and so cute! Good Starbucks in Prague!
