It’s been more than that seven years coming here easy Fife time a week I love the coffee stuff is great. It’s been a couple days. You put the tip option on drive-thru most of the time I tip but this new option makes me uncomfortable you already are expensive specially last year when everything goes up 40% so pay your employers more money don’t force us to give them tips I will not spend even a cent anymore in Starbucks
The best $7.00 I ever spent here was the $7.00 that will save me from ever going back to this store. It was a great Saturday morning and I thought I would treat myself to a specialty coffee. The store was clean and inviting; there were a few other customers in the store, my order was taken immediately and then things went downhill. My name was never called and after several minutes I inquired about my drink. The person who seemed to be the supervisor pointed at a drink that had been on the counter for several minutes and told me that the drink was mine. I questioned that the drink had someone else’s name on it and I just received snappy attitude and curt disregard. I left the drink on the counter and left. This treatment is not the Starbucks “experience” that customers are led to expect. I paid $7.00 to find out that Starbucks is not worth the bad attitude on an otherwise great day. :
The baristas were busy but they were all super nice and laughing as they worked. You could tell they enjoyed the job and each other.Food: 5/5
Great service at this location. I’d been here around 5:45 AM and the waitstaff were all smiles. The coffee here is the usual Starbucks but I am giving a 5 star rating because of the polite staff. Keep it up.
ordered a frappuccino on uber eats and they gave me no straw... now i can't drink my frappuccino.. it's beyond ridiculous.. it's not that hard to put a straw in the bag
My fiancé and I ordered two drinks and a pup cup. The drive-thru was longer: there were about 4-5 cars in front of me for a 20-25 minute wait. The orders were accurate and I truly appreciated the staff members adding a little bone treat In the pup cup!
We got a chai and a latte pretty good service. Not a well lit place but since we were driving slow it a nice ,quiet place.Food: 5/5
I’m here because the Walpole location is under construction and it is ultra busy here. But I just want to say the baristas are awesome. And the one that made my drink today at 10:30 am was making drinks with such speed and grace. She was literally flying around making drinks like an artist. It was so busy I couldn’t tell her myself. But if you ever get the chance to come inside instead of the drive thru, it is fascinating to watch them work! And my latte was delicious
The barista was quite miserable…she didn’t make my coffee right so I asked for more caramel and she gave me the rudest look ! She barely added any so I had to ask a 2nd time for more. She looked even more annoyed while staring at me with such misery. A smile goes a long way…I will never visit this Starbucks again. I felt unwelcomed and uncomfortable for asking.
I have gone to this location multiple times and lately they have been out of my regular decaf and try to offer the Americano decaf which I accepted.. ...GROSS! I have decaf for health reasons. The boy at the speaker stated it will take a while and my husband and I said we would go in and wait. Then he stated that he needed to ask his manager, which told him no. So I didn't get anything, my husband didn't either. At least Kim the manager at the Raynham location is always accommodating along with the staff. Well my business will no longer be at this location.
