Disgusting attitude and customer service by a gentleman manager who wore a black turban and black sweater on Sunday 30th Oct between 10.49 and 11.29am He refused to provide me with his name. I placed an online order at 10.49am. I waited patiently for 20 mins before going to the counter as i could see they were busy. I could see they were finishing off the last of the order so let them do this, i could even see my order on the screen. He gave me 'whatever he had left' one sad sausage muffin and a sad excuse of a bacon muffin. At this stage i had waited 40 mins, i requested a full refund as i had received 'something' but completely not what i originally ordered. He said no, i did respond to the gentleman that since i had waited 40 mins, it would be appropriate to provide a full refund as 40 mins is a bit ridiculous to wait for breakfast for 2 x double sausage egg mc Muffins with extra egg and extra cheese to which i did NOT RECEIVE. Oh and another thing, he threw all the muffins in the bin, so he would rather throw ingredients into the bin than ensure his customers receive a small kind gesture. Since he was so rude and had the worst customer service I've seen in a while, and i asked for his name he refused. I then requested a full refund which he also skanked me. Dishonest and a cheat. He should not be in a manager position. Extremely disgusting.
One of the worst McDonald's I've been to and ordered from. On this occasion I ordered breakfast through UberEats, delivery was an hour late and one of the double sausage and egg McMuffins had egg shell inside. There's always dozens of delivery drivers queued up inside and parked outside so no idea why it took so long. It also says its 24hrs but it's not. Avoid.
If you enjoy wasting your own time and receiving items you didn’t order, you’ll love this McDonald’s branch. Good luck getting to the counter through the wall of delivery riders permanently stood waiting for the rapidly cooling items that the staff can’t be bothered to move from the assembly line. On the plus side, if you and your young children enjoy hardcore drill music, you’re in for a treat, as the staff have no issues playing it over the usual in store playlist at a volume that you won’t be able to escape. First I bought mozzarella sharebox and was given lesser than supposed quantity and no dips. Then I go there again to buy breakfast and there was no egg or sausage like I paid for. Then for the third time, I ordered hash browns and hot chocolate. The drink was basically water and the hash browns were very hard, I couldn’t even break them with my hands. You always have to complain before the rectify the errors
Staff blameless. MC Corporate Management at fault. Little investment. Food delivery collection dominating vibe and possibly effecting organisation and efficiency. Waited near 25 minutes for a small order. Is this a fast food outlet ? Order semi warm. Chips unsalted. It's gone down hill. Overall very dissatisfied. I won't be returning.
Bad service and they lie about being 24/7, cash payers not welcome, refurbishment hasn’t changed anything McDonald’s is usually an okay experience but not the Penge one. I love McDonald’s and want to enjoy it but this is not the branch… First, I had a long dark hair in my wrap around the chicken. Thank god it was at the top of it because otherwise i wouldn’t have noticed. I don’t even want to send another complaint again because they just give you stock replies and then stop responding to you if you challenge. staff with long hair should be required to wear hair nets!! Never ANY napkins or straws in the bag, or dips unless you ask Not 24/7 like they advertise unless you’re a delivery driver. The door is locked shut after midnight so if you ordered on the app the app thinks it’s 24/7 so lets you place the order you have to go to the "delivery partners only" door and tell them what happened. Just plain stupid and I saw someone else just abandon and go home because they had no idea what was going on but most importantly……SO SLOW. Even after the recent refurbishment it’s still so slow because all they care about is the delivery drivers. It’s just now you don’t see them as they have a separate entrance but they still cause delays just like before. When will they realise that deliveries should be from delivery only kitchens and that walk in branches should be a good experience for customers? There is only one till to take cash but no one is ever on it and if you ask for someone to serve you they’ll either ignore you or you’ll be waiting 10 minutes for someone to finally take the order The only plus is that after the refurbishment it looks quite nice inside.
Waited 25 minutes for my cold meal, Big Mac wasn’t even stacked correctly. Complete chaos in this place
Lovely staff willing to make me a new cup of hot chocolate after mine got a bit warm while waiting for my order. Warm ambience. Not too noisy. Friendly diners willing to share spaces. Tasty meals. Vegetarian options: Lots of options Kid-friendliness: Nice place for kids Wheelchair accessibility: Yes
They are okay the only annoying thing is they keep closing off certain sections I understand they want to clean it but once it's cleaned they leave it closed. Why have a space if it can't be used. That space was clearly created in the first place for a reason so people can actually use it. They also neeed to fix their ice cream machine. I've been there too many times with their Ice cream or smoothies not be available.
Ordered a kiddies meal for my son and as usual when the order arrived the chips were stone cold, I haven't ordered from McDonald's for some time now because of this said reason, multiple times it's the samething, I would prefer to get the chicken and chips from the the shop on the same road, guaranteed hot food from them. So again will not be ordering from them anytime soon.
