Staff are pretty good. Beverage quality not so much. Second time I order an Extra Dry Venti Cappuccino and get was is best described as a Latte.
I order on the mobile app. This time I ordered a sandwich for lunch. When picking up my food I asked if I could have a cold sandwich instead of a heated. I was then told by 2 of the employees behind the desk that the app gives me an option to choose if I wanted heated or not. Well when returning to my car I felt bad and tipped them 5 extra dollars. I then doubled checked and found out the only option in the app is an option to add ketchup... So I removed my tip and wrote this instead.
We asked for a carmel ribbon crunch and got basically got a venti pup cup with carmel and the crunchy bits. It was not worth the money paid, and I didn't feel like waiting another 15 minutes. Don't get me wrong the staff and atmosphere is always nice.
Because of my schedule, I have had the displeasure of having to deal with this store on a Sunday morning, I have never seen a more disjointed lack of concern than the staff here and I can only speak for a Sunday morning. When you go into the store it’s almost like you’re being Punked with the lack of attention, service and concern that a customer is in the store. Yesterday I waited over 20 minutes at the counter with nobody else in the store and left because I had not been served. I had an appointment to attend to, so I thought I would come back and buy my coffee beans which I could see six of above the serving counter in its little cubby. After sitting in drive-through for 24 minutes I was told they would not sell me any of these beans because they were short and didn’t have enough for their customers. Silly me I thought I was a customer. If you want to see the worst service at a Starbucks in Canada, go to Cornwall on a Sunday morning.
At Starbucks now. Ordered my drink 10 minutes ago. Still have yet to get my drink. Also other people who ordered after me got their drinks before myself. Absolutely Unacceptable.
Staff are friendly and the drinks are consistently made well. It’s just always so busy inside or driving thru. Another Cornwall location is need.
Very, very friendly and courteous. Daughter tried the kit Kat Frappuccino while I went with dragon drink. They were made properly but had to wait 15 mins to receive yet was not overly busy.
Workers are very kind, service is fast and I love their teamwork. Place is always clean and there's nothing better than seeing the workers loving their work. Most places have people who just want their shift to end and here you don't get that impression.

Cashier Not very helpful, Cashier doesn't listen to orders, Cashier was to exact in taking order, I asked for a extra large decaffeinated coffee with 2 shots of sugar free vanilla and was told don't have decaffeinated coffee but but but then finally was told i can have a pour over decaffeinated coffee And ended up with a large decaffeinated coffee 2 sugar free vanilla shots, NOT the correct size making it a lot sweater Not very enjoyable VERY DISAPPOINTING
