This store makes the best drinks ever hands down. The costumer service is absolutely incredible, everyone has been so kind every time I have gone. Everyone there is extremely professional!!

This is hands down the best starbucks in the Grand Traverse area. they people are so kind and just want to to get the drink you want no matter how silly it is. I order some very weird things and they always come out perfectly and served with fast service and friendlyness!

i’ve only been to starbucks like twice so i’m not sure how everything works there, and today is my nephews birthday so i went in there to get him a birthday drink for his birthday and i was supposed to have the app to scan which i did not know but the nice gentleman let it slide and took my order and i was able to get my nephew a birthday drink.

Absolutely love getting my morning cup of sunshine from this store everyday! Camilla always brightens my day with her wonderfulness!

Waste of space. Worst Starbucks i’ve ever been at. You can order the same drink and everytime it taste different. Absolutely horrible.

So slow. Nothing wrong with the quality of the coffee. Just sloooooooowwwwww. The seating is uncomfortable, and the design makes it super loud.

The people who work here are super nice every time I come through. I love that they're upbeat and sound happy while taking my order. The drinks are amazing. I recommend a chai Frappuccino with 2 shots of espresso and two extra pumps of chai!Food: 5/5

I personally love this Starbucks because they are heavy handed in portioning. For instance, I love my mango dragon frt lmnd and with that you can tell the difference in portions by the darker color and with the visible amount difference in actual dragon fruit; or just the taste in just one shot of espresso. Plus, staff are comprised of genuine people.

Sat trapped for 30 mins in there line because they made in so small you can't exit. Out of all non dairy options. No sign or warning before being trapped in line. Lady just kept saying sorry we are out of a lot of stuff. But too lazy to put up a sign before you enter the drive through.
