Milk & Honey Cafe and Ice Creamery is a family ice cream shop and espresso bar serving products made with high quality ingredients from local sources.
Here at Milk and Honey, we are focused on serving products made with ingredients grandma would recognize as food. Our ice cream does NOT contain corn syrup and is always made in-house. Our goal is to provide western Michigan with a high quality dessert option while we support Michigan's economy.
Where do we get the DAIRY to make our ice cream?
* Country Dairy is a family owned farm located in New Era, Michigan (approx. 120 miles southwest of Traverse City). They have NEVER injected their cows with the growth hormone rBST and assure that the herd is feed a proper diet of grains and home-grown corn.
