Slowest drive thru ever. Don’t waste your time getting in the drive thru lane. It’s faster to go inside, use the bathroom, have a snack and then get your drink true story. I’m not sure where the disconnect is between ordering at the one register inside or the one outside but it’s wild. Inside I’ve always had a pleasant experience. Customer service is enjoyable and considerate. Clean bathrooms although the changing table is broken and won’t hold a diaper without it sliding off.
My coffee is always made exactly how I’m hoping and the staff is so friendly. Lisa, at the drive-through is a fun ray of sunshine. Always puts a smile on everyone’s face with her cheery disposition!
They always have the sweetest staff working the drive-thru! Truly a nice way to start a day. Also my order is always made perfectly
Wish I had a better experience. I went inside and stood there for 5 minutes before I asked if anyone was taking orders. They also need a better system in place to expedite orders. Saw over 11 orders just sitting there for mobile orders. Too bad Starbucks is known for excessive wait times.Food: 3/5
Very nice staff working hard to get this new location started. Nice to have a place to sit, relax, do work and enjoy coffee and company in Lacey.
I am so happy. Finally a Starbucks near lacey. They are off to a strong start. Of course it's brand new so it's going to be clean but the employees are extremely friendly my drink was made perfectly I hope they keep up the good work.
This Starbucks has been having issues. This time, one of the registe4s was down at the drive-thru, causing a backup. Bangin' cranberry bliss bar, though!!!
Great location. Happy to see the store open. Staff is doing a great job. I see a review commenting about the store better staffed. All Starbucks stores are doing what they can.
