I found dutchbros when I moved to Washington and instantly fell in love with it. Better than Starbucks any day. Today was not one of those days. I always order the same exact thing and today my drink had to be re-made. The first drink tasted like nothing and the 2nd drink is nothing like it is supposed to be. This drink definitely does not look like a freeze at all. Highly disappointed in the service at the Lacey, Washington location today.
This seriously is the BEST Dutch bros I have ever been to I’ve lived in 4 Dutch bro states. The people here genuinely make my day every time I come through here. Especially as a young new mom, sometimes it’s the best part of my day whether I walk or drive here. The employees at this location genuinely care and it shows. Thank you for keeping my caffeinated to keep my days going. I truly am so thankful for y’all.
The staff is always super super friendly and the drinks are great, but it always takes incredibly long to get through the line. Usually averaging about 25-30 minutes. I know they do put a little more craft into their coffee than some other brands, or maybe they are understaffed here, but either way it's a little tough wanting to come unless I have a 1/2 hour to spare.
Been going to Dutch Bros for about 10 years, locations I've been are all similiar. Always good. Good prices. Good service. Family friendly. Good App for reward points, easy exchange. Love when they make their smoothies thick. Parking: Drive through service. Parking always available; to park and walk to order window.
Excellent drinks! My favorite is an iced mocha with light . The employees are always friendly and welcoming. The only issue I have is sometimes, excessive conversation with customers when there is a line of cars backed up. There's nothing wrong with having a brief conversation but, I've seen on more than one occasion where the conversation lasted way past the payment and delivery of the product. I would ask that the employees consider this when people are waiting. Maybe this has been brought to their attention because it's not as bad as it used to be. This is why 4 stars are appropriate when rating customer service. All in all, a great place to get coffee! By the way, you should check out the Dutch Bros app. I love it and points will get you free stuff!
My girlfriend recently got me hooked on the Dutch frosts. If you are into sweet drinks than this is a good place to go. The people are always so friendly that you can't help but be happy. They also have so many flavors so there is something for everyone. I've been to several of the locations around me and had wonderful experiences at all of them.
This is by far my favorite stand and my family and I have been to lots of Dutch Bros across Oregon and Washington. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. We start our day with Dutch every day. We enjoy going every single day because they have a variety of drinks and the service is outstanding wouldn’t be a good day without Dutch so thanks to everyone who works there and continues to be professional and friendly.. Kid-friendliness: Everyone is friendly and they have lots of drinks for everyone and children as well.

I had the BEST Holiday drink from here after work with my mom, and they were so friendly. It beats all the drive thru coffee shops without a doubt. Nice place for some hot yummy coffee heheFood: 5/5
All employees very friendly and go out of their way to make sure you leave satisfied. We only go to this one in Lacey twice a year because I live an hour north east of this place. We go when we visit a tree farm and pumpkin patch. Guess it's a tradition so to speak!Food: 5/5
