The combo platters are not worth the money, they are 75% rice and the kung pao chicken and beef dish was mostly onion and other cheap veg., It looks like you get half rice but there is rice under everything. I think if you were to order a la carte dishes you might get a better deal but i wouldnt recommend ordering anything mixed with vegetables because thats pretty much all you'll get.

Wasted my money for your lunch combo to get half the size of a normal egg roll and spongy chicken balls. You should make ur combos $5 for the lack of food in your combos. If I wanted just rice I would have order just rice. Never ordering here again !
Given the star rating I was hopeful but I feel like the stars came from a different point in time. The chicken soo guy was good, the egg foo young was good but the rest was disappointing. It was either bland or didn't have a good taste. I understand times can be difficult for restaurants so maybe minimize the amount of food you offer and really make sure the dishes you have are solid? Do not recommend.
Won't answer a text so ill do it right here, this owner ripped me off $150 for a dryer that doesn't work and to top it off he knew it was all the grocery money for the month.
This restaurant had the most BUSSIN food ever. I got the beef n broccoli and it was impeccable. I tried the lemon chicken for the first time and it was as sweet as honey and crispy to the MAX. Thoroughly enjoyed! 10/10 recommend : Very nice staff as well.
First and Last time ever buying food here! Absolute worst Chinese food everrrrrr! Wasted my money on what I thought would have filled my craving, Ordered from the special combination menu, got a lot off food for the price……. But when I got home….. FAILURE, the fried rice was like sticky rice, I never had sweet and sour pork deep fried to a point where I don’t ever know what type off meat it is, chow mein was slimy. My steamed bbq pork bun looked like wonder bread with the ends cut off and some meat placed in the middle and microwaved, it was just weird. I would not ever recommend this place to anyone. Horrible food!
They have raised the price way too much in a short period of time. The food is good but portions in the family meals isn't good for the cost. Plenty of other reasonable Chinese restaurants in the region.. I'd skip Star Rose from now on.
We ordered 2 combo plates for delivery. It came quickly and MAN was I surprised at the size and WEIGHT of our dishes! It was very plentiful and DELICIOUS to boot. Big pieces of chicken in the rice, and a great sesame sauce. We will definitely be ordering from Star Rose again and again.
I ordered lemon chicken with rice and egg roll. Got home at noticed that I got sweet and sour pork with really dark rice. I called and told them I got the wrong order. She said bring the food back in a covid pandemic and get my money back $13.56. I drove back there with the food and she said she would only give me 10.00 back. Never go to this place!! It is a rip off!!!
