Good service, staff were friendly, prices were fairly comparable to others but food was very bland. Chicken fried rice was old and the chicken chow mein tasted like it may have been grown in a pond or dirty jar.Food: 1/5
Was always happy with the food from here. The last 2 times ordering were very disappointing. They got the order wrong and when called about it, the girl was very rude and basically blamed us for ordering wrong. This last time, food was unappealing, the chicken balls were not even balls just some random chicken thrown in batter and fried, and they forgot part of our order, that will be the last time ordering from them.
Best Chinese food I’ve had! I can’t complain about the food or the workers. The only problem is that they bite off more than they can chew. I waited 1.5 hours for my order. There were some customers waiting over 2 hours. When I walked in there were at least 50 people waiting for their order. It’s great to take pre orders but you know how much you can put out in an hour. Spread the times out! You know that you can’t put out 50 orders for 6 o’clock so stop taking orders for that time. If you can only put out 25 an hour then don’t take 50. I was told a 2 hr wait but still waited an hour and a half!! Not acceptable change your ordering system. I herd customers say that they ordered the day before, again a lot only what you can put out per hr!!

I really enjoy this place! Huge portions. Tasty and my go-to for Asian cuisine. Lily is a hoot and I like her sense of humor. I really hope her name is Lily! I can never get enough of our local businesses! They are really stepping it up!
Second time ordering and food has been consistently good. Prices are very fair. Ordered special dinner for 3 and we have enough left over for 3 more. Food not overly salty. Sweet and sour sauce came in separate container which reduces the sogginess if you don't eat right away and also allows you to control amount.
We’ve been going to Lily’s since we moved back to Welland 3 years ago. The food is delicious and consistent. My only complaint is they’re totally unorganized on New Years Eve. We ordered the day before for 6pm. and finally got our order at 7:30. They need someone to help them to implement a better Plan to handle New Year’s Eve. To leave it the way it is, it’s inconvenient on the customers, and her staff is run ragged trying to prepare the food.
First time coming in with my spouse omgoodness the almond su guy was absolutely incredible and the Szechuan beef with mixed vegetables yummy with eggs rolls and spring rolls I'll be coming in again. Enjoyed our supper thank you
