Clean friendly and nice atmosphere. All different sizes of tables. Menu selection is excellent. New HK style. Singapore noodles are the best!!!! Comes with a free drink. Automatically served a nice thermos full of hot tea. Pay cash for a discount. Lots of parking. Will def go back

A fairly big restaurant with friendly staff. The food was good and their prices were very reasonable. Apparently there is afternoon tea here, but it's not on their takeout menu so I will need to come back for that.

Very nice and affordable restaurant, amusing environment during lunar new year. Food are delicious however, seafood needs to be preordered by reservation. Overall, very glad to have a restaurant like this around!

it is really questionable quality. 80% of the beef brisket is made up of all fat. Moreover, I ordered the iced lemon tea with slight sweetness and the drink seems to be extra sweetened. I will not return.

Pretty good! They have many classic chinese dishes and includes a drink for free if you go before 5pm. Mapo tofu was decent and was $12.50 with drink. Portions are pretty big! Cash discount as well.
