Alissa at the Woodstock Staples store is very knowledgeable. She was very helpful when I brought in a special laminating project. Alissa is very detail oriented and made sure to explain all of the options that were available so that I could make an informed decision. Was not impressed with the extreme lack of customer service. No greeting when I walked into the store, not even a quick hello. Went to the copy and print center where two MANAGERS were. You would think being a manager they would at least say hello or smile...maybe even ask if I needed help with anything. It wasn’t busy and I was the only customer at the self serve machine. Not asking for a lot, just some simple customer service.

The staff working at Staples Woodstock did not rush me out the door, considering I arrived moments before the store closed.

Went to purchase a new laptop. The employee that helped is was very helpful. He wasn't pushy like you get with a lot of people. Great experience!
