The service was exceptional, they made me feel like my business was important to them, they didn't make me feel that I was imposing on them because I needed the service quickly, the service was fast. I've dealt with numerous "computer techs" in the area, and they have always made me feel that they were too busy for me because I am only a small business. I could expect nothing less than two weeks for turn around, I need my equipment faster than that. I chose to replace my equipment because it was extremely dated, they didn't try to convince me to buy what I didn't need, and went above and beyond to answer my questions and concerns. They assured me that should I decide that I would rather have my equipment repaired, the service would be no different....fast and curtious. The turn around time would be the same. I do all of my office needs at staples and have for a number of years (even when I am in the U.S.) and will continue to do so!

I have been looking to buy a home computer for our family for some time. After saving my money for months decided to make my purchase at staples. John the manager was my initial sales person. I purchased an all in one unit and had some additional software installed, since it was near closing I was told it would be ready by close the next day (Saturday) I received a call at 11am to say it was ready (that was fast). Got it home and working. In day 8 it just stopped. Nothing, nada, black screen. I called John and he said bring it in, we will take care of you. I brought it back and Young took care of me. We looked at my options and I decided against having sent back for repair and chose a different make and model (which was an upgrade, and they graciously covered the difference) I received a loaner laptop so I was still able to have something at home to use. I was told about a week to 10 days for the new computer since it was a in line order only. I have was ok with that since I had a loaner. 3 days later I got a call and my new computer was in as well as the new software installed. (THAT was quick). I am a happy owener of a new computer and it really was painless. The service I received was the best I've ever had. Thank John and Young and all the staff at Staples in Tillsonburg for making this such a painless experience.

Very friendly and recommend people here. Bought a computer here and they were speedy, to the point and their pricing made the deal a great value in my eyes. I strongly recommend if you are looking for a tablet, phone or laptop.

"Customer Service" Person/Child I spoke to re an internet order was not the least bit interested in helping me and hung up on me before I had finished speaking. Just ignorant!! Which is why I don't deal directly with this store for larger items. There are a couple of good people there and some very, very bad ones.

I sent my laptop in to have an LCD cable replaced and I was told it would take 2 weeks, it took over a month. When I got my laptop back I had a bunch of dead pixels on my screen that weren't there before. I tried to get Staples to fix that under the 30 day warranty they told me they couldn't order the screen and didn't fix it. All they did was refund me the cost of the cable and installation. So I got a LCD cable with installation free and that apparently makes up for a $450 4k screen with a bunch of dead pixels that they wont do anything about. Don't Bring your electronics in to get fixed unless you want it to be late and have more problems that they wont fix under there own warranty.
