Stood there and waited while the customer service representative texted on his phone and his supervisor stood beside him. He was entering my information on his computer and texting at the same time. It was rude. He was also paying more attention to the conversation going on between his fellow employees than me. Total lack of consideration. Didn't find out why I was kept waiting so long at the cash until I was finally cashed out. I was there 30 minutes just to drop off my lap top for a scan and tune up. I was so impressed with the service last year. This year not so much!!

For most consumer technology items in the Midland area, Staples is your best bet. Their prices are competitive, the staff are always friendly and helpful and best of all they know their stuff. I recently purchased an Acer tablet to replace one with a broken screen, a fairly new one at that. The new tablet is faster, clearer and has much better battery life. To top it off, I felt that the lady we dealt with was sensitive to our budget and helped us find not the cheapest tablet in stock, nor the most expensive, but the one that was the best value. Awesome job Staples. Thank you Kourtney.

I walked in and asked the first staffer that I met where the product was that I was looking for. He took me to it and I was out in about 5 minutes. Good service.
