Outside of pretty endcap displays, store was messy and disorganized. It took 3 employees more than 15 minutes to help me find the aisle where I could find a replacement printer cable. Prices aren't as good as Target or Costco. Overall, unimpressed. I enjoy shopping more at other retailers and get better deals.

Sam saved my day. I was trying to print my 4 boarding passes here, and my "smart phone" would not send it to Staples printer. I needed a program downloaded on my phone; which Sam took upon himself to do for Me and I got my boarding passes for Las Vegas and Florida. Great customer Service!
