Today's the very first time I had super poor customer service and was treated very poorly and I'm there about once a week spending a ton of money cause of all the great deals and things I find! Some of your volunteers need to be reminded of what true customer service is!

One of the best places I've ever been, on top of all the help they have given us (rent help, electric bill help, gas cards) last time I went they gave me some free clothes for the kids because we really needed them. I will for sure pay it forward when we are in a better situation. Not only are they super generous here they don't judge you in the process like many places that offer aid to families.
