Super disappointed visit. I have been here before and the same bad experience. Super disorganized. Associates seem to be on wwwwaaayyyy different pages. Observed cashier having a private convo with customer and/or friend for well over 15 minutes. Time which could have been spent more wisely - i.e. actually doing her job. Then the same person was my cashier - Micki - super rude /borderline offensive. Probably the worst experience I have had while checking out. Asked for the manager…who didn’t seem to really know how to process the feedback of this poor experience. Would recommend going to a different location. DO NOT WASTE TIME. Bad experience!
I had a difficult time finding an employee to assist me. They had four registers open and the line still wrapped around the store. Once I found the Amazon return spot I was done in two seconds. The lady that assisted me was very fast and efficient and friendly. They could put the Amazon return spot closer to the front of the store where customers can find it easier.
Had to ask questions about charges on my kohl's charge card. The customer service rep at the store was helpful, nice, and did as much as she could. Happy with her. The customer service over the phone however, not so much. They just kept bouncing me from one rep to another over the phone saying i was not calling the right department when they were the ones transfering me. I would have much rather continued with the store rep. At least she tried. Store thumbs up, phone thumbs down.
I ordered over the telephone because I was informed it would take 5 to 6 weeks to get my new card. I was specific about what I wanted and they sent the wrong one. Now I have a big box to return and have to re-order. Very time consuming. NOT happy.
What has happened to Kohl's? Used to be my #1 place to go. This visit I saw clothing on the floor in numerous places, clothes hanging off hangers and over racks, clothing messy on the shelves. Hard to find anyone for help. Very few checkouts...won't go back. So disappointing!
I worked here from July to September, and it was the worst job experience ever. Severely underpaid, lazy management, and weird workers. Cole, a manager at Kohls, proceeded to get weird with a younger female working there. Surprised he wasn’t fired. Managers didn’t care about anything and everything was incredibly dirty. Don’t recommend working here.
I really appreciate the ability to return things from Amazon at Kohl's. Most of the time, you get a $5 coupon for Kohl's for using their Amazon return. It is quick and easy.
I have shopped at Kohls for over 30 years. I was a Gold Card customer back in the day went that was a thing. I never pay full price because everything eventually goes on sale. Yes even name brands such as Columbia etc.
Messy Messy. Wanted to purchase some clothing but the shells were so messy it was too difficult to find and the ones I wanted look more like used clothing. I did speak to a manager but she said they were very busy did not apologize the store look rather vacant to me and not at busy as she described
Grabbed some nike socks for the kid and he was very happy. They had a huge selection on all different brands of shorts socks sweatpants and shirts. I would highly recommend stopping in
