La production de sirop d'érable à St-Pierre-Jolys et dans ses environs se fait depuis le 19e siècle. Le Festival du sucre d'érable annuel en avril (Cabane à sucre) sur le terrain du Musée de St-Pierre offre aux résidents et aux visiteurs l'occasion de célébrer ce morceau du patrimoine communautaire avec la dégustation du délicieux sirop d'érable, ainsi que la cuisine et la musique de notre héritage canadien français.
