It's a nice park, but small. You can kayak out of it, which is nice, but they don't allow bicycles on the trails. I find that disappointing. The park is right down from me and I'd love to be able to take my mountain bike to a good trail that close to my house. I haven't explored much of the trails yet because I didn't want to leave my bike unattended.

I've been coming here since I was a teenager and got my first dog. I am someone who likes her alone time to think and grow and just appreciate life when things get too hectic. I have some great memories with my dog here. I'd let her off the leash when there weren't people around and we would explore every foot of this park. She loves the creek, running back and forth making huge splashes and getting muddy. She loves the area near the baseball field where we once found a baby deer and I lost her for 5 minutes. Then she came running full speed out of no where and I couldn't help but laugh. And we both love walking next to each other on the trails stopping to admire flowers and smell them together. This park has a special place in my heart. My love for nature blossomed here and my pup and I got to spend some of our best years here, together, both growing up and learning about life and each other. There's so much to this park. The trails are great, the river is great, the wildlife is awesome. Next time you want to go to a park visit St. Pat's. It's worth your time there, trust me.

Awesome park. Miles of trails for walkers with or without their dog. Huge play area for kids. Not so we'll known is there is a beautiful 3 bedroom log cabin available for rent. Super friendly staff. I walk our dog there several times a week. (No entrance fee on weekdays.)

I went here to launch a kayaking day trip. It served well and it seems to be a very cool place. Ill have to come back to see what else they have to offer.

I really enjoy being here last Sunday afternoon,. The scenery and the quietness of the place have a very relaxing effect on the visitor.
