This place is an absolute joke , staff are very rude, as far as I know doctor patient confidentiality is of no business of the person answering the phone if the phone even gets answered when you call.  If you have a simple request of wanting your doctors office to call you back to answer a simple question that message does not get relayed in a timely manner and in some instances doesn't get relayed at all.  Long wait times for calls to be answered to this facility are totally unnecessary and very frustrating,  we the public are the reason you bring home a pay, put someone I'm place that appreciates and respect that instead of the ruthless people you have now. 25 minutes on phone only to be linked to Ingleside answering your call only for your question  to be relayed from Ingleside to morrisburg and a response simply means yous ignore the phone.  Stay home and give your job to someone who wants to work.

Don't expect much help. Something needs to change about this doctors office i rember being a kid when we had a set appointment for a set time and day. Now you have to call the day you want an appointment, wait on hold for forever, then try to book an appointment, hope theres still room for appointments or hope your doctor is in that day. Once you actually get there sit in a room forever to go see your doctor even though you had an appointment for a set time.

I've tried to call to book a appointment for a drivers medical, I've called 5 times during the hours they're open, I've let it ring for 5 minutes each time with no answer. How is anyone suppose to get a appointment if no one ever answers the phone
