They sent a family member home with a broken and dislocated shoulder for 4 days she had to return there by ambiance for the second time. They told myself they should have never sent her away and that her break should have been taken care of right away. They apologized and have had her laying in bed for 5 days still no surgery done or shoulder fixed. They failed to get her extremely important pills to her at the correct times and at one point lost her pills, so I brought her the pills she needed. They are now 6 days later shipping her to a hospital with the abilities to get her taken care of safely. We need better care in the LC valley. It's pretty sad.

Our final days with our Mother were made so much easier with the many people on floor 3C . Kind, caring, compassionate Nurses, Aids, Dr. Harris. It made the passing kind and gentle.

I was sent to St. Joseph from our local hospital for an emergency surgery. From the moment I entered the hospital, my treatment by the staff, nurses and by the doctors was the best hospital experience I had ever had! My doctor (Dr. Ozeran) even canceled afternoon appointments to fit me in. The facilities are new and clean and comfortable and the care is exemplary...Even the billing department is outstanding! Thank you everyone.

I hate this hospital!! The people that work here, not all of them, are so rude!!! Especially the people at the front desk of e.r!!! I came in looking for help and she looks at me and GLARES at me and says, " umm.. can we help you?" It was like duh, im at the Frickin E.R of course i need help. This is an emergency cuz in at the emergency center!!! These people need to be a little friendly. Were freaked out enough!!! Wish i had time to go to tri state!!!!! They are always mean every time i come here. Hope the doctor is nice!

My experience at this hospital has been horiable. I am preganat and they have not helped me at all I have been super sick and every time I go in they don't do a dam thing for me they make me do a urine test and monitor my baby but that's all they do and then they call the doctor and then send me home. I have had contractions constantly and it shows up on there monitor but they keep making excuses for it. This has been the worst hospital I have ever been to. They are so rude and not respectful at all. I have been in so much pain and they won't do a dam thing for me. They just want to get u put right away and not treat u. They also have poor communication and the doctor has never once came into the room each time I come in.
