St. Croix Falls Clinic

I visited the ER this past winter due to severe tooth pain. The doctor would do nothing for me. The following morning(Monday) I was able to see my dentist. I was given pain killers and something for the infection. The day after I had to have a relief drill done to ease the shooting pain as the infection had become even more unbearable and I hadn't slept in 3 days. I can't help but feel that if the doctor had done anything that to reduce the infection that I wouldn't have missed work and been in such extreme pain for so long. I did however receive a $400 bill from them a few weeks ago for the visit where they did absolutely nothing to help.

I have been so impressed with the people and service I received after a recent fall injuring my head and breaking an ankle. From urgent care to surgery to follow-up appointments, every person I've come in contact with at this facility has shown the utmost professionalism and compassionate care. The valet service is wonderful when you are unable to walk. The doctors and their assistants were great. The receptionists and administrative staff are so helpful. They have a first-rate facility and I am very appreciative for the care I received.
