Always have an excellent experience here. I have been a patient here for over 30 years and dealt with at least 10 different health care providers more if I include my wife and family. They definitely want the best for their patients.

Almost ten years misdiagnosed and mistreated. During that time no relief from pain. Today I decided I will never return to this hospital that has forced me to live a life in hell. They will destroy you mentally and physically here and then tell you it's your fault. They will run the same tests over and over never reaching a determination so they can continue to bill your insurance. Stay away from this nightmare posing as a hospital. The doctors don't even deny they are their for the money not the patients. Dr.Ayub confirmed that during an appointment today. This is no exaggeration. "Of course we are here for the money, unfortunately it's more important than the patient"

I had my daughter here and have received medical care here for all of the 11 years I have lived in Wi. I travel over an hour just to get to scrmc. The care is fantastic and the Dr experiences I have had have been great. There was one slip up from a Dr who told me I would have to learn to live with the pain I was having, I went to a separate Dr (same facility) to get a new opinion and they found a tumor along my spine, they set everything up for me to transfer to another hospital that was more prepared for a situation like mine. I will forver be grateful to scrmc for getting to the root of my health problems. The staff has always been courteous and helpful, I was also very impressed with the ER and how fast they get patients back in there. I would recommend this hospital to anyone! It's so worth the hour and fifteen min drive.

Both my husband and I have been seen in the emergency room and urgent care several times since the beginning of the year. We have had nothing but outstanding care, and always felt that the staff was concerned about our condition and comfort. Were we seen immediately? No - it's an emergency room and there were patients getting care when we arrived. But we were kept informed and comfortable, and when medical personnel came in, they were kind, professional and focused on us. Even knowing how busy they were, we never felt rushed. Since then, BECAUSE of the great care we've had, I've transferred all of my medical care to SCRMC from my very favorite doc in Stillwater . In each and every clinic, I've had nothing but professional, courteous, thorough care. I think SCRMC is one of the gems that make this area a great place to live.

This Er is the worst I have ever been too. I had a spinal headache and they out me on this tiny exam room table which is their make shift bed and after crying and writhing in pain trying to explain I had a spinal headache they make me lay there in this make shift bed which I mind you was not even remotely comfortable. After and hour...yes and hour the doc comes back and then wants to run and IV but still not do a blood patch to fix my spinal headache. Anyone who has ever had one knows these are like you just want to die because the pain is horrible! Again I lay there uncomfortable and they do nothing for the pain. I had to go to a city er just to get a blood patch thT is Ll it took to fix it! Besides you get looked at like your a drug seeker at this hospital even when all you want is help! Are the ER's there to HELP people or not?? I'm guessing they are just there for the money because they definitely did not help me!
