I had a great experience here. This was my first time buying a car for myself on my own and I couldn’t have been happier. I just went to see if I could financially commit and Milan greeted us right away and was very friendly and knowledgeable. He didn’t pressure me at all and was very helpful with talking me through the entire process. He made everything very affordable for me, and helped us with our trade-in deal. I ended up leaving that day with a deal, and picked up my car 3 days later. Milan was there to greet me again for pick up. Kyle was very helpful and talked me through all the features with the car, as well as ensure I my bill was accurate. Hesham was great as well, as he helped me with the financial side of the process and talked me through everything very clearly. Overall this was a great team and I recommend them to anyone who is looking to buy, without the feeling of stress or anxiety.

I saw an ad on AutoTrader for a used BMW X5, and even though the dealership was 1.5 hours away in St. Catharines we live in Toronto, I decided to check it out. The staff at the St.Catharines location is absolutely amazing. Johnny and Walter have gone above and beyond for me in getting me back into my black cross sport. I love how they treat me like family and not just another sale. They take the time to truly listen to what my need and wants are and always do there best to make it happen.
