St. Catharines Volkswagen

I just bought my first Canadian car from this dealership, and my first VW! I had had a negative experience at another dealership, and went in feeling very stressed and weary. But Johnny really made up for it all, he was amazing to work with! He helped me find my perfect car, and was so professional and patient with me. Ian was also awesome to work with! I kept making decisions and changing my mind, but Johnny and Ian were so accommodating and understanding. I am really happy with my whole experience, and LOVE my new Golf!! I would highly recommend this dealership.

Staff was courteous and helpful. Not pushy. I enjoyed dealing with this dealership. I'm often a little leery of the "big boy" kind of dealerships because they seem to be out to get the commission, but I was pleasantly surprised by how personal and down-to-earth Megan, Janine and everyone else was at St. Catharines Volkswagen. Loving my new car!

Came in today with a radio that wasn’t working due to a new battery put in vehicle requiring a radio code to reactivate radio. In order to do that the radio had to be pulled to access the serial number. They did that, looked up the required code and reinstalled it in less then 15 minutes. All that and not a bill! Very impressed with Brad and Ryan and hopefully this dealership, under the new ownership of Performance Cars, will bring itself out from the poor reputation of the original owners who were absolutely terrible. Thanks again!

I was so impressed with my mom’s 2017Jetta and the service she received from St. Catharines Volkswagen, I’m now the new owner of my own 2017!!! Thanks Megan- you made it a fantastic experience. I would recommend this dealership- the service and knowledge are exceptional. They know how to treat their customers!!!

A great experience! Katrina was a pleasure to deal with and she answered all of my questions with a smile on her face. If you are looking for a new car, I recommend you call Katrina Leach before you go anywhere else. She is great to deal and knows her cars.
