We recently purchased a used 2021 Q3 from Audi Niagara and are very happy with the vehicle and the outstanding care we received from Albert. We had stopped in to test drive cars a few months prior and didn't love the 2018 Q3 model. Albert stayed in contact with updates on cars he thought would fit our goals. He was attentive, knowledgeable and professional. When I reached out regarding a well optioned and low KM 2021 Q3, he very promptly sent me photos before they were posted on website. The car is beautiful and we are very happy. This is our first Audi and we have switched over from another brand. Albert understood the value of bringing a new customer to the brand and offered a very generous trade value, which helped close the deal. He made delivery very smooth and in addition to providing a welcome gift he also walked me through the vehicle. This CPO vehicle had all new brake pads installed and I feel like I've purchased a new car. We love the Q3 for our family and definitely recommend this vehicle. We will be returning to Audi Niagara for sure.
From start to finish our experience was absolutely outstanding!! It's rare that a car buying experience is this pleasurable and it is truly one we will never forget. Albert went above and beyond sending us videos to show us the detail and condition of the vehicle before we made the long drive. Nick was incredibly professional and reasonable in closing the deal. And Justine closed out the sale offering us exactly what we needed to make the car perfect! Couldn't say enough good things! Thank you all again for a wonderful experience, the car is incredible!!
We were so fortunate to work with Taylor at Audi Niagara. He was knowledgable and responsive, he understood our needs and was absolutely great to work with. We felt that he truly had our best interest in mind and he acted as our trusted advisor rather than pushing anything on us we weren't comfortable with. Martha and Andrea also did a fantastic job of explaining everything to us for financing and delivery. We LOVE our new Q7 and will absolutely continue to work with Audi Niagara in the future! An all around fantastic experience.
I stumbled upon a perfect little adorable 2016 TTS while searching for a new Audi. However, it was quite a ways away from downtown Toronto. I requested more information just for the fun of it and was promptly connected with Albert. I decided to go check it out after Albert answered my many questions. I fell in love with it instantly seeing it in person. Albert sent me on a test drive and indulged all my silly questions and fancies. We got to signing papers right away. In all seriousness, Albert knows how to do his job very well. Knowledgeable, patient, professional, and super kind. I’ve been to many Audi dealerships while browsing a new car and experiences are often not how I expected them to be. After this wonderful interaction at Audi Niagara, I’m really contemplating returning here all the way from Toronto for regular services and checks. I would give a thousand stars if I could. I’m so happy with my purchase. Albert was super responsive in confirming details of the vehicle I was interested in and sent over pictures so I could be sure before coming to the dealership to test drive it. The vehicle was perfect, I needed it within a few days and he arranged to have the it ready ahead of the agreed timeframe. The customer service was spectacular. Just received my new Q4! The long wait was worth it and was made more tolerable thanks to my sales person, Albert, who always responded to my questions within seconds. Many thanks to the super pleasant behind-the-scenes persons, Andrea and Justine, who took their time to make me feel comfortable with my purchase nothing surprising here since my last purchase with them was the same. The Audi Niagara team has always been good to me. I recommend them to people pretty often and I've only heard positive things. Recently bought a used RS3 from Nelson and it was another great experience. I definitely suggest stopping by if you're in the market for a new or used Audi.
After searching many dealerships I found Audi Niagara to be the best experience. When I first entered the dealership Micheal Citrigno greeted me. He was extremely knowledgeable on models that I was interested in. I found him to be very professional, reliable and trustworthy. The purchase process was handled efficiently by the Audi staff. I was completely satisfied with my A3. So in less than one year I returned to see Micheal to purchased a second Audi. The entire experience was nothing but positive. Micheal went above and beyond in customer satisfaction. Thanks for making a happy customer a repeat customer!!!

This was our first time buying a car at a dealership and we were a little stressed about the process. Luckily Taylor put all our concerns to ease. We reached out online regarding the RS3 that was listed. We wanted to get all the numbers figured out before we went for a test drive as we live a while away. Taylor was great at getting us all the information we asked for so we knew exactly what to expect. Taylor had the car freshly washed when we went in to test drive. He was very knowledgeable about the car as well. He walked us through all the paperwork and was very transparent about everything. When we went in to pickup the car it looked a brand new. We'd be happy to do business with Taylor and the dealership again in the future!
