I asked if the 10 gold chain could be repaired as it was broken in 2 places. This was most unusual as I only were thin piece for special occasions. Any way turns out the chain could not be repaired....and I got it back in several pieces. This was strange enough I was a bit shocked the chain could not be repaired. Ok they did not charge me to look into the repair. BUT THEY could have offered up another style of chain to fix this problem. No they just returned the necklace to me. I would have paid for a new chain. So I ended up going back to where the necklace as purchased and they installed a new chain that I paid for. So At Albert jewelry You lost a sale and my confidence .

There is a sweet ethnic lady who works there. She used to work at People's Jewelry at the mall too. Now that I have any jewelry repairs or need to buy jewelry I chose to go to St. Albert Goldsmith @ the mall because of her. I also tell my friends. She is very personalable, knowledgeable and professional. Great & friendly customer service. We also walk around the mall to get our daily excerise & she always has a smile not only to acknowledge us but also we note to patrons shopping at the jewelry store.

Horrible experience with St. Albert Goldsmith. One week after getting links removed from my watch, the section they had worked on came apart while I was wearing it. They denied any responsibility for this and would not provide a refund for their service; nor do anything to rectify the issue. Two weeks later, they broke my girlfriends $200 watch after attempting to remove links from it. Not only did they refuse to compensate her for destroying $200 of her personal property, but they also made her pay for the watch adjustment service they had failed! Avoid St. Albert Goldsmith at all costs. Also, the 'Brand Ambassador' on duty whose name I forget (he was a short chubby fellow) was completely useless, and cowardly.

I brought in a damaged watch for repair. They went out of their way to fix it for me, and I wasn't charged. Thank you!
