SS Plumbing and Heating

I was very pleased. Staff are all pleasant and helpful, they were able to schedule my job right away and arrived ON TIME exactly. The job was well done and cleaned up afterward. Finally the price was even far less than other plumbing company. I couldn't have asked for better service and will be using this company for all future plumbing needs. I highly recommend them.

We have a brand new air conditioner Bryant and it is buzzing so loud we have to wear ear plugs. Had technician come out and said we have the cheapest unit no insulation pad broken compressor no pads and when we purchased it we were told it was the best!

I couldn't be happier with our choice to go with SS Plumbing. We had them install a central air unit, new furnace and water tank, and the whole process was simple and stress free. When they were at the house, they used drop cloths, even though I told them they didn't have to, and they vacuumed and swept floors after packing up their drop cloths, too. :O The installation took a day and a half, because we're in an old house with ancient equipment that had to be removed, but the whole process was a positive experience. I'd definitely go for Henry and his crew for all of our plumbing and heating needs in the future.

Excellent service by excellent people. From running gas lines to installing a new tapset to a whole house project SS plumbing does it all.

Very dissatisfied with these guys as they lacked the tools to give me a conclusive answer, and were arrogant in their response to my disappointment when they couldn't fix the problem. Telling me over the phone that "This is what I do for a living" is no solution to anything. Now I'm several hundred dollars poorer with no help from these amateurs. Hire someone else. EDIT: I forgot to mention that the phone conversation took place after trying to call them periodically for 3 weeks and never hearing back. I was told that I would be called back by the owner on one occasion, and apparently none of these messages made it through to anyone.
