First time, my experience had some hiccups. I pre-judged and gave an absolute, unhappy, horrible review without first finding a fixable solution. After speaking to the owner Barret. He was very kind, very understanding, heart warming business owner that came up with a fixable solution to the issue of my tub facet leakage. I am so very grateful, blessed and thankful for you and your team. If your looking for the right kind of plumber who takes pride in their business, their work, and their customers, then I would definitely recommend Pleasant Plumber. Note: Don't judge. There is always a solution to a problem.

Our plumber I think his name is Barry did an excellent job. He was courteous and respectful, and cleaned up really well. He gave us some follow-up advice, and told us we needed to remove a thin bead of putty at the end of the day around our sink drains using a wooden toothpick, as the putty continued to compress throughout the day. We did that, and it worked perfectly. Our kitchen sinks are now upgraded with better drain parts and I am confident they will not leak for years. Thank you Barry and Pleasant Plumber, we are pleased with our leak repairs and wouldn't hesitate to call you in the future.Service:&nbsp;Plumbing leak repair

Andrew and his apprentice Jeremy were pleasant and worked well together. Andrew gave excellent detailed explanations to us of what needed doing and why. He took time to answer our questions about the plumbing quirks in our old house - it felt like a few light bulbs went on in our brains, and we now have a better understanding of how our house works. Plus, he did a quick, clean and efficient job of fixing the blocked kitchen drain pipe, to our immense relief! Top marks. Highly recommended!

Great from the moment we telephoned for an appointment. Plumber was on time and provided efficient and pleasant service. We received two estimates for the work we wanted done. The work was completed in neat fashion. We liked this plumber but more important so did our dog. Would highly recommend!!

Thank you for the great service! The technician went above and beyond his duty to resolve the issues that have arose in the process of installing new plumbing in the newly renovated kitchen. He even took my husband to the store to pick up a new kitchen faucet, after we found out that the one we've bought original had damages. Will definitely use their services again, when needed!
