Square 1 Coffee

Square 1 Coffee is one of the best coffee shops in Edmonton! The atmosphere is welcoming and always great vibes. The coffee and lattes are also always delicious. For food, I definitely recommend their breakfast sandwich. This is a good place for a grab and go, to work/study, or visit with friends.

I have been trying to visit this place for quite some time. I heard a lot of good things from my wife and friends. Finally managed to visit it last weekend. The first impression as you walk in definitely gives you the vibes of a cute coffee shop. The decor was random with lots of old stuff and it definitely looked pretty. We ordered a sandwich, coffee and muffins and all were delicious. The ambience was awesome. My wife said that it's not usually this empty. But it was a couple of hours before closing and hence it was less crowded. I will definitely go back once again. A place I highly recommend.

Such a cute little cafe! Nice place to spend some time catching up with an old friend or reading. They were able to make my chai extra spicy and less sweet, which I requested! The staff seems genuinely nice as opposed to staff at the #1 coffee chain who seem to have awkward forced conversation.

We love to go to Square 1 Coffee every week. They prepare the best coffees and we feel so relax there because of good atmosfere. They have so may pictures ofCanadian artists on the walls so I always look for something new and interesting.

Like the way they support the local business. The green tea white chocolate muffin is not sweet and light. It’s great to see lot of people visited there, but it’s not easy to find a seat, especially in Saturday afternoon.

One of the best coffee shop in town. Small but, tastfully decorated. Must place to visit if you are a coffee drinker. Paintings are from local artists.

Weather its a meeting, studying, date, personal escape whatever the need it can be met here. Not only does it have this cozy vibe incredible coffee and variety of seatting ,there is delightful art work merchandice and pleasantly helpful personal staff. Only short fall it was legit so packed from 2-4 seating was very limited. Bonus they have open mic night and musicians in evenings.

I love this beautiful restaurant! Coffee is always perfect here! I love their macadamia milk latte and all pastries. The place is very stylish, has a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. Thank you.

The coffee is excellent along with the service. Inside is like a little market of local made items. Highly recommend this place...don't be scared off by the terrible location

The place is cozy and has a good vibe. First time trying apple cider, it was flavourful and had a good amount of cinnamon on it. Can be quite loud in case you’re looking for somewhere to study
