Sprint Store

Went it with 4 phones to add to my one account. Walked out after 5 minutes of terrible customer service and went to Verizon and was set up immediately with no hassles. The gentlemen helping us said there was no way to transfer an existing Spring Phone number to new Sprint plan. He said "I can't make magic happen". This was the final straw in a string of terrible customer service from the phone, web chat and 2 in store visits. All I wanted to do was add 3 more lines. I strongly suggest to move to Verizon. I have many friends with the same issues who are all changing.

Last month I came to the store and upgraded my phone but, was offer a promotional deal on some phones and was told the manager would make some adjustments on my bill, but I would have to come back to the store to get the adjustment made before I pay my next bill. I came back to the store and was told the store manager was out and she was the only one that could do the adjustments. The lady told me she would send her an email about it and that she could just make the adjustments without having me come back up to the store. Well 3 weeks later no adjustments to my bill and I go back up to the store and of course the manager is not in again. Frustrated at this point. Was told today the store manager would call me. Of course no call. I feel like I was ripe off and promised something that has never happened. This store is horrible and of course nobody knows anything. Will be making a call to corporate to file a formal complaint.

My iPhone broke from the new IOS update and I took it into the Arbor Lakes store the day after. Bryan completely took care of everything. He was extremely helpful and made a stressful situation a lot easier :)

HORRIBLE- don't sign up with them. they give false estimates to get you to sign up then when you get your bill it's nothing close to what they quoted you. No help at all from the employees, go anywhere but here. Still dealing with them, so many calls and visits to the store with no resolution. I even have the paperwork of the quote they gave us but won't honor what they gave us. BBB has been contacted. if anyone else has issues with higher than quoted bills contact BBB. I had to give one star to post but the don't deserve that!! LOOK @ all the one stars, and the number of people who contacted the BBB. This is ridiculous!!

I get that making an appointment would help speed up the wait time in this store, but I've called the store 8 times today and have been unable to even get someone to pick up the phone so I can make an appointment to come in and wait some more! This is not the first time - nothing but frustration calling the store and also when going in. Seriously, buying a phone or getting service should not be this difficult! The "non-corporate" stores are much more helpful!
