The guy that worked with me, Aaron, was great to work with. He answered all of my questions and explained anything that I didn't understand. But he was also really easy to work with because he didn't talk down to me.

My son and I stopped in this morning to get his first iPhone. Kienan was the associate that helped us. He was very knowledgeable, answered all of our questions, and did a fantastic job! We were in and out of the store in a very short period of time. Very impressed!

I went in to the Maple Grove location with the undecided intent to purchase a new TV (A costly 75" to be exact) I heavily researched the televisions I was interested in and knew all the analytics and specifications behind them as well as visiting a different location. The employees of course, were eager to help and asked if I needed anything and I kindly responded with "I'm still good, thank you though" each time each one of them asked. I spent some time looking over all the TV's and different sales prices, so they of course came up to me several other times asking if I needed help which is fine. I headed to all of their speeches about all the TV's to give them the satisfaction of exercising their knowledge even though I was already aware of everything. Less than 45 minutes of browsing one of the biggest purchases of my life they began to ask me if I was even shopping or what my deal was, as well as commenting on how long I have been looking! That struck me as VERY unprofessional. I just had to bite my tongue and continue with my decision making as I really wanted to go home with a new TV. In the end I walked out with the TV I wanted but disgusted with the immature employees at this location. It was mostly one employee in particular (just to be clear) I even received scowling looks. I will not be returning. Should've just spent my $3,000 in Coon Rapids instead.

Nice clean store friendly people. Of course I was there during the middle of the week when they weren't so busy.

This store is ridiculous because the employees poop rainbows of happiness everywhere they go. Practically any associate who walked by me checked in to see if I was finding what I needed, and they were all more than happy to help. I was so pleased with the customer service from this store, that I too was pooping rainbows upon departure.
